Daddy's visit

It was great for the three of us to relax at home this weekend while Casey recovers from a wicked viral stomach bug. Our weekend trip to NC was cancelled due to Casey's vomiting and illness. Fortunately, Justin was able to get a reasonable flight home late on the 19th and returned late on the 21st back to FLETC in GA. Casey really misses her Daddy, and did not want him to leave her sight while he was home this weekend.

Casey finally is getting back to her old self. These are a few pictures of her from this weekend. She briefly ventured out in her wagon in the cold weather. As you can see, she loves Bruce and Katie.

2 weeks of sickness

Casey has had a rough 2 weeks... and so has her Mommy! Since Jan 4th, Casey has been vomiting on and off (more on..9 of 13 days). She seemed to get better last week after a mild diet for a few days, but when a normal diet was resumed the vomiting started again.

She has been to the doctors twice already. If not better tomorrow, we will go back. Factors that are making our little girl sick include probable stomach bug, teething, ear infection and milk intolerance. It can't last too much longer; she already lost a pound and a half since she has been sick. We are praying for a full recovery very soon! .

Happy New Year 2008!

Casey and I had a fun New Year's Eve party at home with music, dancing, noise makers and party crowns. It was fun. Enjoy these pictures of us celebrating the new year. There are also a few pictures of Casey playing with some of her new Christmas gifts.
